General Policy
All payments made to Truckssistance are for professional services and administrative work. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once work has started:
DOT/MC registration filings
Compliance filings (IFTA, IRP, HVUT, etc.)
Document preparation and submissions
Consulting services
Government Fees
All government fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
Government fees paid to agencies such as FMCSA, IRS, or state authorities cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
Work has not yet started
A duplicate payment was made
We are unable to deliver the service for reasons within our control
All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Partial Refunds
If work has partially begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work not completed.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ10 business days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Immediate termination of services
Denial of future services
Legal action if applicable
