Scope of Services
Truckssistance provides administrative, consulting, and compliance-related support services for trucking companies and owner-operators, including but not limited to:
DOT and MC registration assistance
BOC-3 filings coordination
IFTA and IRP guidance and filings
HVUT (Form 2290) assistance
New Entrant Safety Audit preparation
Compliance monitoring and updates
Data submission assistance (e.g., FMCSA-related filings)
General back-office support
Important: Truckssistance is not a law firm, accounting firm, or government agency. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
Authorization to Act on Your Behalf
By agreeing to these Terms, you:
Authorize Truckssistance to prepare, submit, and manage applications, filings, and documentation on your behalf with relevant authorities, including but not limited to FMCSA and state agencies
Grant permission to communicate with regulatory bodies as needed for service completion
Confirm that all information provided to us is accurate and complete
This authorization is limited strictly to the services requested.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Respond promptly to requests for documentation
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Review all submitted documents when provided
Truckssistance is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.
Fees and Payments
All services are provided on a paid basis, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Fees may vary depending on service scope and urgency
Government fees are separate and are not included unless explicitly stated
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except at our sole discretion
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Truckssistance does not guarantee:
Approval of any application or filing
Processing times by government agencies
Removal of violations, penalties, or audit outcomes
All decisions are made by the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Truckssistance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
We are not responsible for:
Government delays or system errors
Changes in laws or regulations
Enforcement actions taken by authorities
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truckssistance from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your failure to comply with laws or regulations
False or misleading information provided by you
Misuse of our services
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, you acknowledge that:

No system is 100% secure
Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third parties (e.g., filing agents, registered agents). Truckssistance is not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party providers.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any time if:

Payment is not made
You may also terminate services, but fees for completed work remain due.
Intellectual Property
